The main thing we do
Hoods sold.
Hoods installed.
Duct work · Hood controls · AC · Electrical
This is the work we want the phone to ring for. Commercial kitchen hoods for restaurants, taquerias and commercial kitchens across El Paso — the canopy itself, the custom duct work behind it, the controls that run it, and the crew that hangs it all.

Off the side of the truck: the mark, and the thing it is over — a commercial hood.
A hood is sized, not picked.
The canopy is the piece of equipment most kitchen build-outs get wrong, because it is usually bought last, once the money is nearly gone. Then it gets matched to a budget instead of to the cooking line underneath it.
We work the other way. The appliances on the line, the amount of cooking they do, and the room they sit in come first. Length, overhang and capture come out of that. Then the hood is the right hood, and the install is straight because the plan was.
Already have a hood picked out?
Call and tell us the model and the room. We will tell you whether it is the right size for the line before you buy it.
The whole system
Four parts, one crew.
A hood only works as the sum of what hangs with it. We sell it, hang it, make the duct work for the room, and set the controls — so nothing gets handed off.
Commercial hood sales
We sell the canopy itself, sized against the appliances going under it rather than whatever is on the shelf this week.
- Sized to your cooking line
- New kitchens and hood replacements
Commercial hood installation
Hung, set and closed in — on a bare shell, a tenant improvement, or an old canopy coming down for a new one.
- New build-outs
- Old hood out, right hood in
Custom duct work
Ductwork made for the run your building actually has. Custom work for commercial kitchens, shaped to the space and to the hood system it serves, rather than bent around a stock length that does not fit.
- Fabricated for the space you have
- Fitted to the hood system
Hood controls
Hood controls are a specialty of the business. The controls that run the system get worked out alongside the canopy and the duct, so the whole thing arrives as one plan instead of three.
- A specialty of the business
- Set up with the hood install
Hood controls are a specialty of the business — say the word and we will talk through what the system needs to do before anything gets ordered.

How it goes
Five steps from a phone call to a canopy over the line. If your job skips one of them, that is fine — call and we will start where you are.
- 01
You tell us the line
What you are cooking on — the range, the fryers, the griddle, the charbroiler — and the shape of the night you are trying to run. The equipment decides the hood, not the other way around.
- 02
We size the canopy
Length, overhang and capture get worked out against the appliances going under it, so the canopy actually pulls what comes off the line.
- 03
You buy the hood
We sell the canopy itself. On a bare shell or a hood swap, this is where the equipment gets picked and brought to the job.
- 04
We hang, duct and control it
Hood set and closed in, with the duct work made for the space it has to run through and the hood controls worked out with it — we are an electrical contractor too, so none of that waits on another crew.
- 05
Built to be inspected
Installed to the code the inspector is going to hold the kitchen to. Nobody wants to open a restaurant twice.
Three jobs we get called for
If yours is not on the list, call anyway and describe it. Not everything fits in a column.
New build-out
The kitchen is still a set of drawings. Getting in early means the hood and the duct run fit the room before the ceiling closes up.
- Hood and duct planned with the layout
- Electrical for the cooking line
Replacing an old hood
The canopy has hit the end of the road, or the line underneath it changed. Old one out, right one in — sized to what you run now.
- Old hood out, new hood in
- Duct and controls brought with it
Food truck & small kitchen
A working kitchen in a small footprint, including trucks and commissary space where every inch of the line is doing something.
- Compact cooking lines
- Electrical under the same roof
Doing a full kitchen and need the cooling and the power as well? That is the same truck.
