Fco Air Conditioning& Commercial Hoods

El Paso, Texas

The name on the truck.

Fco Air Conditioning & Commercial Hoods is a contracting company working out of El Paso. The work that leads is commercial kitchen hoods — selling them, installing them, and the custom duct work and hood controls that complete the system — with air conditioning and electrical contracting alongside it.

We would rather size the hood than guess at it.

A hood is the piece of equipment most kitchen build-outs get wrong, because it is usually bought last, once the money is nearly gone. It ends up matched to a budget instead of to the cooking line underneath it, and the kitchen pays for that every night it is open.

So we start from the equipment: what you are cooking on, how hard you run it, and what the room will take. Then the canopy is the right size, the duct run makes sense, and the install goes straight because the plan did.

We are a small operation in El Paso, Texas. When you call, you are talking to the people who do the work.

The mark, and the truck it rides on. The hood painted on the side is the same thing we hang over your line.

01

We sell the hood

Equipment chosen against the cooking line you actually run, not whatever happens to be on the shelf this week.

02

We install the hood

Hung and closed in — on a new build-out, or as a replacement for a canopy that has had its day.

03

We build the duct and the controls

Custom duct work made for the room it has to run through, and hood controls worked out with it — a specialty of ours.

04

We do AC and electrical

The cooling and the power the building and the kitchen equipment depend on, on the same job.

Working a kitchen into an existing building, or starting from a shell? Both start the same way — a call about the line.
